ORIENTAL CHICKEN
 

2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Chicken breasts & other parts
1/2 c. melted shortening
3/4 c. flour
1 can Chinese noodles, finely crushed

Combine soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and garlic in a large bowl. Place chicken in sauce and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours. Just before baking, melt shortening in skillet. Shake chicken in bag with flour. Dip in shortening and roll in crushed noodles. Place chicken, skin side down, in large shallow baking dish. Pour remaining shortening over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken. Cook 30 minutes longer. IS THIS YUMMMY!
