CAROL'S CORN-FLAKE CHICKEN CASSEROLE
 

2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. cooked rice (use Herb Rice-A-Roni)
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl mix the chicken, celery, herb rice-a-roni, mayonnaise and onion together. Pour into a casserole dish and top with corn flakes and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until bubbly and brown.
