1 - 1 1/2 lbs. chicken wings or legs
3/4 - 1 cup barbecue sauce
Simmer chicken in boiling water or chicken broth for 8 minutes (broth may be used again - add greens and beans to make soup).
Remove, let drain and pat dry. Place several pieces at a time in a medium size bowl.
Pour barbecue sauce over chicken and mix to coat well.
Place in shallow baking dish lined with foil for easy cleanup.
Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until done.
