ROAST TURKEY BREAST
 

1 (5-5 1/2 lb.) turkey breast, skinned
1 med. onion, halved
2 stalks celery, halved
Vegetable cooking spray
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. paprika
Parsley sprigs (optional)

Rinse turkey breast and pat dry. Place onion and celery in breast cavity; spray breast with cooking spray. Combine lemon pepper seasoning and next 4 ingredients; sprinkle over breast. Place breast in a browning bag prepared according to package directions.

Place in shallow baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cut a slit in top of bag; bake an additional hour or until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees. Transfer to serving platter and garnish with parsley. Let stand 15 minutes before carving.
