ROAST TURKEY BREAST WITH PEPPERS
 

1 (approximately 2 lb.) pkg. turkey breast
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, quartered

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place turkey breast roast in 9x13 inch baking pan. Pour chicken broth over turkey. Sprinkle basil, oregano and pepper over turkey. Place quartered onions around roast. Roast at 350 degrees, basting once, for 30 minutes.

Place red and green pepper around turkey. Continue roasting for 30-45 minutes. Let turkey stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with vegetables.
