2 chicken breasts, cooked, diced 2 c. celery, diced 2 c. green bell peppers, diced 3 tbsp. dried chives or use fresh 1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. lime juice 1 c. sun dried tomatoes, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Combine chicken, celery, peppers and chives. Add mayonnaise and lime juice; mix well. Add sun dried tomatoes. Season to taste, then let stand half an hour to blend the flavors. |
