3 c. cornflakes 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 tbsp. garlic salt 1/2 tbsp. onion salt Salt and pepper to taste 1 egg 1/2 c. water 6 chicken breasts or 3 drumsticks and 3 thighs Crush cornflakes fine. Add cheese, garlic and onion salt, pepper and salt. Mix well. Mix egg and water. Rinse chicken well - then dip in egg and water, then roll in cornflake mixture - lay in baking dish lined with foil. Put dabs of butter on chicken. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. Uncover and bake about 15 minutes longer. |
