FRIED CHICKEN BREAST
 

Debone chicken breast and cut into small pieces. (Remove fillet piece and half remainder.)

Dip in:

3 eggs
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk

(mixed in blender).

Then dip in crumbs:

1 lg. box Rice Krispies (pulverized)
1 c. self-rising flour
1 level tbsp. poultry seasoning
Salt & pepper

(Mix ingredients well and taste on wet finger. Should slightly taste salt and very slightly taste poultry seasoning. Adjust to taste.)

Then dip in egg mixture again.

Then dip in crumbs again.

Deep fry in Crisco oil until lightly brown, 3 to 4 minutes.

Drain well.
