2 1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 pkgs. Ranch Dressing Mix
4 chicken breast halves
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water

Whisk juice and dressing mix together. Marinate breasts in 1/2 juice mixture for 2-24 hours. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45-50 minutes.

Combine cornstarch, water and remaining juice mixture in saucepan. Heat to thicken. Brush chicken with sauce. Serve 4.

Variation: Tastes great cooked on the grill.
