1 (4 lb.) chicken, cooked and cut up into bite-size pieces 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 2 c. milk 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese In double boiler, blend until smooth milk, cream cheese, garlic salt and salt. Layer in 2-quart oblong pan, half the sauce form double boiler, chicken, broccoli, half the sauce. Top with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. |
