Cook chicken, cook broccoli. Cut chicken to small pieces. Cut up broccoli. In a large pan (I use large square pan) place the cooked broccoli and chicken pieces. On the stove, simmer 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup (use milk with that). Follow directions on can. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Mix all together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Shake bread crumbs on top of this mixture until covered. Optional - sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbling. Serve with rice.
I sometimes substitute Cream of Mushroom soup for Cream of Chicken soup.
