APRICOT CHICKEN
 

Chicken pieces or boneless chicken breasts for 4-6 people
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1/2 to 1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing and 1/2 to 1 c. apricot jam (equal parts)

Place raw pieces of chicken in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle onion soup over chicken. Mix jam and Miracle Whip together. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
