Chicken cutlets 2 c. corn flakes Milk (or water) Egg Crush corn flakes with a rolling pin between two pieces of wax paper (not all at once). Cut cutlets into strips. Dip into milk-egg mixture. Place crumbs into plastic bag, add some strips. Shake to coat. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown. |
