POTATO-TOPPED HOT DOGS (Microwave)
 

4 servings mashed potatoes
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. minced onion
10 hot dogs
1/4 c. shredded cheese
Dash paprika

In mashed potatoes stir in parsley and onion; mix well.

Cut hot dogs lengthwise (do not cut completely through). Place cut side up in baking dish. Put about 3 tbsp. potato mixture on each hot dog. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Turn dish. Put on for 2 to 3 minutes longer. Fast meal children love.
