POTATO-SMOKED SAUSAGE SOUP
 

Saute 1 chopped onion in 3 to 4 tablespoons butter, add 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. Peel and dice 4 large potatoes, add to mixture above with 2 to 4 cups water. Cover and cook slow. While potatoes are cooking, brown Eckrich smoked sausage, chopped in small pieces. Add 1 small can evaporated milk to potato mixture. Add drained sausage to soup and cook 30 to 40 minutes.
