1 pt. sour cream Grated cheddar cheese Low fat yogurt or cottage cheese 1 lg. pkg. hash browns Grated onions Grease pan or casserole. Cover all the above with slightly diluted can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup. Crumble corn flakes or cracker crumbs over all. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 45 minutes. (Will become brown and bubbly.) |
