POTATO CORN CHOWDER
 

4 slices bacon, chopped
1 can (13 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1 can (16 oz.) Del Monte early garden whole new potatoes, drained & chopped
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) Del Monte whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. pitted California ripe olives, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 1/2 c. milk

Cook bacon in large saucepan until crisp; drain. Add broth, vegetables and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in salad dressing and milk. Cook until hot. Serves 6.
