9 med. potatoes
6 slices bacon
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Dash of pepper
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
Cook potatoes in salted water until tender, drain. Fry bacon in skillet. Remove, drain. Cook onions in bacon drippings until golden. Blend in flour, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Stir in water and vinegar. Bring to slow boil. Add sliced potatoes, crumbled bacon. Heat thoroughly, stirring lightly to coat potatoes.
