CHEESY POTATO SOUP
 

3 c. potatoes, diced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 c. water
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
1 chicken bouillon cube
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. flour
Ham (cubed) optional

In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, bouillon cube, salt and pepper. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Gradually add milk to flour, mixing well. Add this mixture to vegetables. Cook until thick. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Add ham cubes if desired. Add water to desired consistency.
