4 to 5 potatoes, pared & thinly sliced 2 c. ham, cubed 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. milk 1 c. grated cheddar cheese Place potatoes and ham in 2 quart casserole. Mix together soup, milk and cheese, heating until cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes and ham in casserole. Place covered dish in 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. |
