Scrub potatoes and fix as for French fries. Put in greased pan and cover with milk, dot with butter. Add salt and pepper. Cover and bake in 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until almost done. Uncover and sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley, put back in oven and bake until cheese is melted and the potatoes are done.
