3 lb. potatoes 1/4 c. Miracle Whip Onion salt, dash Pepper, dash DIP: 1 c. Miracle Whip 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. milk 1 tbsp. chopped chives, optional Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Brush with Miracle Whip seasoned with onion salt and pepper. Place on 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with dip. Dip: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Make a few hours ahead. Serves 4. |
