2 c. sugar 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 tbsp. marshmallow creme Bring sugar, milk, and butter to a boil for 2-3 minutes. Cook until it starts to sugar. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and marshmallow creme. Beat until candy loses gloss. Pour into buttered dish. Cut into squares. Makes approximately 42 small pieces. |
