5 lbs. potatoes 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. Half and Half 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Beat cooked potatoes in mixer. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Spoon into 9 x 13 inch Pyrex pan. Brush top with melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
