3 lbs. chuck roast 3 to 4 potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks 6 carrots, peeled and sliced 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix Place roast in baking dish. Arrange potatoes and carrots around roast.
