6 to 8 potatoes 4 to 6 Kosher pickles; chopped 4 to 5 boiled eggs, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1/2 c. mustard 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Boil potatoes, drain and mash as normal. Add other ingredients and stir until well combined. Serve hot or cold. Mustard and mayonnaise can be altered to taste.
