GARLIC MASHED POTATOES
 

1 1/2 lbs. red-skinned potatoes, scrubbed, cut in cubes, skins on
6 tbsp. butter
6 garlic cloves, roasted
1/2 c. heavy cream
Salt to taste

Cook potatoes and drain. Mash with remaining ingredients. (Roast garlic cloves in 450 degree oven until soft - 15 to 20 minutes).
