APPLE PIE
 

2 crust pie crust (or enough for bottom crust & lattice top)
6-8 McIntosh apples, peeled, cored & sliced
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Nutmeg, liberal dash
1 plus tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt

Mix dry ingredients with apple slices. Pour into pie crust. Dot with butter (sprinkle any left over dry ingredients on pie). Sprinkle top of pie crust with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
