24 Oreo's
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 qt. coffee ice cream
Bitter chocolate, shaved

Make crust of crushed Oreo's and melted butter. Press into a 9 inch pie pan. Chill until firm and fill with softened coffee ice cream. Garnish top with shaved chocolate curls. Freeze. Remove from freezer for a few minutes before cutting.
