3 eggs 1 tsp. melted butter 3 tsp. flour 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. syrup 2/3 c. chopped pecans 1 unbaked pie shell Beat eggs; blend in butter, flour, vanilla, salt, sugar and syrup. Add pecans; pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 425 oven for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 and bake 40-45 minutes longer. |
