NO CRUST PUMPKIN PIE
 

1 lg. can pumpkin
2 cans evaporated milk
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger or 2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

Beat well eggs and sugar. Add pumpkin and milk. Stir in dry ingredients in 9 x 13 inch pan. Grease with butter and sprinkle flour on top. This makes the crust. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Turn down to 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
