1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt 3 eggs 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (9") pie crust, unbaked Beat cream cheese until fluffy, gradually adding sugar and spices. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well. Beat in pumpkin and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until set in the middle. Chill before serving. |
