3 med. apples, sliced 2 c. zucchini, peeled & shredded 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2/3 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal 1/2 c. butter Layer apples and zucchini in the bottom of a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with lemon juice and cinnamon. In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar and oatmeal. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples and zucchini. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Yield 8 servings. |
