CINNAMON CRISP CHEESE PIE CHEESE CAKE
 

Combine 1 1/2 cups cinnamon crisp crumbs and 3 tablespoons melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into 8 inch pie pan.

FILLING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add egg yolks, sugar, lemon rind, lemon juice.

Fold stiffly beaten egg whites into cream cheese mixture. Turn into shell.

Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for 25 minutes until slightly firm. Chill for one hour or more before serving. Top with Thank You pie filling.
