2 c. peeled, ripe figs, mashed & sweetened to taste 1 pkg. Cool Whip 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 2 egg whites Pecans Coconut Combine sweetened figs and Cool Whip. Prepare Jello according to package directions. Chill until very thick. Add 2 egg whites and beat until very thick. Add figs and Cool Whip mixture, a few chopped pecans and a little grated coconut. Pour into 2 baked pie shells and chill or freeze. |
