APPLE-CRANBERRY PIE
 

Pastry for two 9 inch pie crusts
4 c. sliced tart apples
2 c. cranberries
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pastry. In a large bowl, stir together sugars, flour, cinnamon. Add apples and cranberries. Mix to coat well. Turn into pastry lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover with the top crust and seal, fluting the edge. Bake 40 to 50 minutes. Cool.
