2 c. dried fruit (apple or peach) Sugar to taste (can also use sweet n low) Cook fruit, when done add sugar and mash well. Use can biscuit for crust. Roll biscuit in a thin circle. Put thin layer of fruit on half of circle. Fold over fruit with a fork. Press edge together. In frying pan, cover bottom with shortening on low or medium heat. Place pie in pan and let brown then turn and brown other side. |
