1 can red sour cherries, chopped 1 tbsp. cornstarch 2-3 packets artificial sweetener, to taste 1/8 tsp. almond extract 1 tsp. Knox gelatin softened in 1 tbsp. water 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese 1 packet sugar substitute 1/2 tsp. vanilla Cook cherries and cornstarch together for a glaze. When thickened add sweetener and almond extract. For the filling, blend rest of ingredients together in a blender. Spoon the filling into a graham cracker pie crust.
