Mix together: 3 tbsp. flour 1 c. sugar
Spread evenly in buttered 9 x 13 casserole.
Mix topping with fingers: 1 1/2 c. all purpose flour 1 c. oatmeal 1/2 c. butter, melted
Spread evenly over top of rhubarb. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar evenly over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and browned on top.
For apple crisp use: 4 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar
Mix together and top as above. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
