6 c. rhubarb 3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello 3/4 c. sugar White cake mix 1/3 c. melted butter Spread 6 cups rhubarb in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle 3 oz. package strawberry Jello and 3/4 cup sugar over it. Sprinkle a dry white cake mix over the top. Drizzle 1/3 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup water over that. Bake 350 degree oven 1 hour. |
