1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German sweet chocolate 1/4 c. butter 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 1/3 c. (about) Baker's Angel Flake Coconut 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. sugar 1 unbaked 9" pie shell Melt chocolate and butter over low heat in a medium saucepan. Add milk, coconut, eggs and sugar and stir until blended. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. |
