CHEDDAR PEACH PIE
 

Pastry 9 inch pie
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt
4 lg. peaches, sliced
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter

Line 9 inch pie plate with pastry and flute edges. Combine 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon and dash of salt. Gently toss peaches in mixture to coat. Arrange in pastry. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm, topped with sour cream sweetened with brown sugar, if desired.
