LIGHT SYRUP PECAN PIE
 

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar (light brown)
3 eggs, beaten slightly
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter, add sugar gradually, cream until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients in order above. Blend well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. NOTE: Only 3400 calories per pie.
