LEMON ICE BOX PIE
 

Graham crackers (6 or more)
3 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 can Eagle Brand
3 lemons

Roll graham crackers and add 1/2 stick butter. Mix with fork. Spread in bottom of pan.

FILLING: Squeeze juice of lemons. Pour Eagle Brand in bowl; add 3 egg yolks and stir. Pour in lemon juice slowly and mix until thickened. Pour mixture over graham cracker crust. Beat egg whites and put on top and brown in oven just long enough to brown top.
