1 (9") graham cracker crust 2 bananas 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 c. milk 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix Toasted coconut or whipped cream Slice bananas into graham cracker crust. Gradually add 1/2 cup milk to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Add pudding mix and remaining milk; beat slowly 1 minute. Pour into crust; chill. Garnish with either coconut or whipped cream. |
