BANANA GLAZED PIE
 

1 pkg. D-Zerta reduced calorie vanilla flavor pudding
1 3/4 c. skim milk
1 baked 9" lower calorie pie crust, cooled
1 pkg. D-Zerta low calorie strawberry flavor gelatin dessert
1 c. boiling water
1 med. banana, thinly sliced

Place pie filling mix in saucepan. Gradually add milk, stirring to blend. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes, stirring once or twice. Pour into crust. Cover surface with plastic wrap. Chill.

Meanwhile, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Remove plastic wrap from pie filling in crust. Arrange banana slices on top of pie filling. Spoon slightly thickened gelatin over bananas in crust. Chill until firm. Makes 8 (1 1/8 inch) serving. 120 calories per serving.
