3 lbs. okra 3 c. water 1 c. white vinegar 1/2 c. pickling salt 2 cloves garlic, minced Wash okra, pack whole fresh okra into clean, hot pint jars. Combine remaining ingredients (3 cups water, 1 cup white vinegar, 1/4 cup pickling salt) in a pot. Bring to a boil. Slowly pour liquid into jars over okra, leaving about 1/2 inch from top. |
