Sliced dill pickles Salt Pepper 1 egg 1 tbsp. Lea & Perrin sauce 5 or 6 drops of Tabasco sauce 1 tbsp. flour 2 c. flour 8 oz. milk Mix beaten egg with milk, Lea & Perrin, Tabasco and 1 tablespoon flour. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix 2 cups flour with salt and pepper to taste in a separate bowl. Dip pickles in egg wash then into flour, then into egg wash and back into flour, then put into hot deep fat. Fry to golden brown. |
