WOLFE'S RED TOMATO RELISH
 

4 pts. tomatoes
1 c. celery
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 c. onions
6 buttons garlic
2 bell peppers
2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. whole allspice
1 tsp. mustard seed
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper

Use real ripe tomatoes; scald. Peel and chop. Chop onion and celery fine. Cut garlic fine. Tie spices in bag. Mix other ingredients. Put in enamel pan. Cook 30 minutes stirring constantly. Take off fire and let set overnight.
