1 lb. fresh pasta - linguine 1/2 c. olive oil Juice of lemon 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2-1 lb. sea scallops Fresh basil (or 1 tsp. dried basil) Salt White pepper Cook pasta. Heat oil and cook sea scallops for 30 seconds or longer until done. Put pasta in bowl and pour cooked scallops over noodles. Drizzle with other ingredients and toss. Serve with salad and rolls. |
